We brought an easy way to memorize these feelings and emotions that our children can have in their everyday lives. Here, I am going to share with you images that show 16 different types of feelings and emotions to help kids learn about them with their short definition of each feeling and emotion. After learning these emotions, they can communicate better, understand other people’s feelings, solve problems, and stay calm when they feel scared or nervous.

In this section, first we will take a short look at the below image and understand the different types of feelings and emotions. These images shows the 16 different emotions and feelings that children can have in their everyday lives. Before reading the definition of these emotions, we have to understand what they look like:

Proud – Happy because of doing something well.
Bored – Not having fun and feeling tired of doing nothing.
Curious – Wanting to know more about something.
Playful – Feeling happy and ready to play.
Tired – Feeling sleepy or needing rest.
Hungry – Wanting to eat food.
Angry – Feeling mad or upset.
Worried – Thinking something bad might happen.
Scared – Afraid or frightened by something.
Happy – Feeling very good and smiling.
Confused – Not understanding something.
Nervous – Feeling worried or shy about something.
